Working in the mountains

Posted on

We went to the alps for 2 weeks, and now my kids (5 and 9) want me to work there.

Can you help me find work in the alps?

Ranges of mountains below a slightly cloudy but beautiful cloudy sky. My family is at the start of a path that leads into a valley curving between the mountains.

A young boy and girl climbing in a playground where the features are shaped like mountains, with mountains in the background.

An impressive gorge with rocks in the center and greenery lining it. A tree crosses in the foreground. Further back there are wooden bridges spanning the opening.

A path on the ridge of a mountain with lots of bushes with blueberries. Two kids are picking blueberries while a woman is further ahead.

Two weeks of Vorarlberg, Austria. Challenging climbs. Hiking along kilometers of mountain paths. Plenty of mountain sun. Drinking from streams. Too many schnitzels and fries. Amazing cable cars. More pictures than fit this post. Touching snow. Seeing glaciers. Exploring gorges. Holzkugelbahnen (IFYKYK?). Crossing ridges. Reaching peaks (!). A stay in a real mountain hut. And eating lots and lots of blueberries.

The list goes on and on. And now they miss the mountains even more than before. (Sorry not sorry. We all love the mountains 😬)

Can you help us? How can we be in the mountains more?
